Virtus.pro have defeated Natus Vincere 16-13 in the deciding regular season match to clinch the fourth and final spot to SLTV StarSeries VI finals together with NiP, ESC and fnatic.

The battle of CIS-teams between Virtus and Na`Vi was to determine the final team headed to CyberSports ARENA in just over weeks time on July 4-7th, and Na`Vi fell short after a strong start.

The Ukrainian side opened with a 9-1 lead propelled by strong individual play be Ioann "Edward" Sukhariev, who put up 27 frags as a counter-terrorist. Na`Vi wound up winning first half 11-4, but struggles started soon after.

Edward's strong performance wasn't enough on de_dust2_se

As terrorists they lost six straight rounds before making it 12-10, but were broken apart by strong play by players such as Mihail "Dosia" Stolyarov, whose one-on-two was huge for his team.

His brother Sergey "Fox" put up three AK47 frags on top of the A bombsite soon after, and Na`Vi found themselves trailing 13-15 when Ladislas "GuardiaN" Kovács' AWP put them out of their misery.
